Alan Galbraith reports that he saw the bird again yesterday afternoon as 
follows :

Could not find this bird this pm on or near the swamp as described by Frank. 
However, returning from a short walk I found it in the open on the grass on 
Lakeside Drive opposite Mallen Way.

This afternoon with a group of Swedish birders we saw a non breeding plumage 
Eastern Yellow Wagtail at Herdsman Lake.

>From Pearson Street, turn into Bishop Hale Way and make your way around to 
>south end of The Foreshore.  Walk down the path.  It was on the first muddy 
>swamp on the right among the trees.
