hire cars

Hi all
Some months ago I asked about hire cars for birders.  Companies in the NT do
not cover cars that are driven out of daylight hours (outside of town).  And
it is often difficult to find a hire car company that allows cars to be
driven on dirt roads.
I was sent the name of a hire car company based in SA, I think, that seemed
to fit the bill, but have lost the details.  Can anybody help?
