Legal action in the Federal Court in Sydney yesterday, arguing that the
Repco Rally (in the Northern Rivers Area of NSW) should have been referred
to the Commonwealth Minister for the Environment for approval under the EPBC
Act, was unsuccessful. The Repco Rally will be held in the Tweed and Kyogle
Shires from 3-6 September 2009, as indicated in previous emails.
