Hi there,

Rob Hynson and I were at Boat Harbour this morning. Tun Pin's interesting
Golden Plover which is likely an American Golden Plover was still there -
together with 13 PGPs, 3 Double-banded Plovers and 1 Black-fronted Dotterel, 14
Sooty Oystercatchers, a dozen Ruddy Turnstones and 60 Red-necked Stints.
We didn't observe any additional field marks of use, but we took a lot of
additional pictures for the documentation. The bird still looks good for an
AGP. For additional ID purposes we played both AGP and PGP calls but didn't get
a significant response from any of the present GPs.

In addition there were:
again all four cormorants
a few Aus Gannets and Wedge-tailed Shearwaters
lots of Crested Terns (one banded with an aluminum band)
lots of Silver Gulls
one adult Kelp Gull
Jacky Lizards and Waterskinks

Cheers,

Nikolas
