While the topic of the King Penguin at Freycinet national park is
mentioned. My wife and I are holidaying near Freycinet from Feb 21 for
three days- here's hoping it is still there.

Would people by any chance have any tips for good birding nearby
especially of Tasmanian endemic species particularly for novice
birders? I've not been to Tassie since I started to take an active
interest in birding. We are staying at a place in Coles Bay, I think
it is, described as being "on the estuary".

thanks
