Just a quick aside to Colin's note, Carl Billingham, Gavin Goodyear and myself spent 6 hours searching the 2 main wader-flocks at Boonooroo today (Sunday 1 Feb) and were about to give up in disgust when I noticed a small mixed wader flock well down the beach towards Tuan, scanning the flock I luckily spotted the prize and both Gav and Carl were rewarded with a 'lifer', happy-days!
