Dave Torr kindly took me onto the WTP this morning. The Hud'wit was showing
well on Walsh's Lagoon from 8-9.30am. It shows its black arm pits occasionally.
The supercilium, bill shape, leg length (short) and overall very slightly
smaller size are good clues (particularly when directly with the Black'wits,
but seeing the armpits is the clincher. The overall colouration appears
identical to the black'wits.

[Birding-Aus] Hudwit at Werribee - visit this weekend> > I am thinking of
flying down to Melbourne this weekend for a day or two and was wondering if
anybody could let me into Werribee and help me track down the Hudwit on Sunday

quickly). > > Can anybody that can assist please direct replies to me directly
