They also occur in good numbers and breed, on the inner city sections of
Merri Creek - e.g. near CERES in East Brunswick, Blyth St vicinity.
On a recent (Oct 08) community bird survey (using BA methodology), 12 were
recorded along the creek-side shared track between Blyth St and Moreland Rd.
They were also recorded at other survey sites.
