I must say that I am mightily impressed with the downloadable Clements
checklist 6.3.2 - http://www.birds.cornell.edu/clementschecklist/Clements%20Checklist%206.3.2%20December%202008.xls/view
Not only does it list the name and range of 31,412 taxa of birds, it is "correct to the minute" with a second spreadsheet of corrections between the December version and the Clements Checklist 6.3 November 2008.
