Reading this thread brought to mind something I saw recently. I observed a BFD at the Barton Park wetland near Sydney Airport on Oct 10. Being only a casual birder I did not think it unusual at the time. Habitat was right. It was the first one I've seen in the Sydney region. Then again, I don't go looking for them. Cheers Roger. |
