There's also an unconfirmed report of a pair near Scone in NSW.

Subject: Crimson Chat
G'day Birders, I was looking on NSW birdline today and noticed that Crimson
Chats seem to be popping up all over the place. While the Sydney bird is the
eastern most there are also records for near Bathurst, "Goologong to
Pullabooka" and Grenfell. Add to this my sighting north of Molong and its
clear that these birds are heading a long way east of their normal range. I
was wondering if anyone had a suggestion as to why they might be on the
move. Is it just that the central west seems to be greener than I've seen it
in years or is there something else going on.
And maybe some other goodies may show up as well.
Cheers
Graham Turner
