Hi all, Margaret Reidy and I spent the afternoon at Castlereagh. Highlights were:Owlet Nightjar (thanks Keith) This bird was rufous which according to Pizzey and Knight means that it was an immature bird or rufous morph female. Red-capped Robins (pair in the carpark) Buff-runped Thornbills Weebills Collared Sparrowhawk Fuscous Honeyeaters Also heard: Rainbow Bee-eater Pallid Cuckoo Shining Bronze-cuckoo White-throated Gerygone Happy birding. -- John Reidy Sydney Phone 02 9871 4836 Fax 02 9871 2616 -- Internal Virus Database is out-of-date.Checked by AVG.
