Barry,They are Forest Kingfisher, clean white underparts, bright blue upperparts, clean white spotlight above beak. There is no way a Little Kingfisher would voluntarily perch in such an open manner. It is common for Forest Kingfishers to perch on exposed branches/wires. Russ Lamb, Maleny,SEQ |
