I photographed a godwit at the Manly [SEQ] wader roost that has a set
of rings/flags that I can't find described on the web.
It has a metal ring above it's right ankle and a what appears to be a double red band above the toes on its right foot. It has a small white flag just below its left ankle and what appears to be a pair of coloured bands above the toes on its left - white above what appears to blue. Does anyone have any ideas where this bird has been? Regards, Laurie. =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.comTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
