On page 26 of the August 2008 edition of BOCA's Bird Observer there is a photo of a dead cormorant that had been caught in a plastic bag and drowned. The length of the bill and neck suggests to me that it is a Pied Cormorant. The text states that it is a Little Pied Cormorant. Any opinions form BOCA members?
