It is a Eudyptes sp. penguin but good luck in identifying it.  We have had three found near Esperance in WA in the past month.  I haven't received the full details of these yet.  I believe two died in care (and will be sent to the WA Museum), and one is still in care.  There was great debate over photos of the first one.  I hope that Ken Simpson gets details and photos of this bird, as he is collating details so that hopefully they can be identified more easily from photos.
