Back in the days of REAL cameras, most camera shops had a box or two of
miscellaneous bits and pieces, including lens caps. If all they have is a
bit too big, I would cover the bin lenses with gladwrap held in place with
a rubber band, run a bead of silicone round the inside of the oversize cap
and fit it, leave till set and peel the gladwrap off the bins and then off
the cap.

I've never tried it, and I would experiment with a jar lid and the base of
a smaller jar first!
