Which bird of Prey is that? was published by Gordon in 1995.
During the years 202 to 2005 or so Gordon revised a couple of books
he wrote and republished them.
The "Which etc" book has the sub title at the bottom of the cover
"Field Guide to the identification of Australian Birds of Prey." I
suspect it is the same thing.
Gordon also wrote Australian Birds their nests and eggs, a much
larger book. I don't know the date of publication of the first
edition but know he revised some of it and published himself in 2003.
In 2006 (I think) Gordon died. His wife Erina lives at Kenmore, a
Brisbane suburb and I'm sure would be sure to clear this up if you
considered it necessary.
The Bird of Prey book is not earth shattering but has a number of
useful pointers to identifying raptors. I found it helpful when I
knew nothing. Now that I know almost nothing i still find its
diagrams of wing patterns and glide silhouettes useful.
Another useful book for raptor Stephen Debus's book which I cannot
find at present but I think is titled Birds of Prey.

I have a field guide called "Which bird of prey is that? A field
guide to the identification of Australian birds of prey" by Gordon
Beruldsen. In searching for comments about this book on the web I
can only find references to one called "Raptor Identification. A
Field Guide to the Identification of Australian Birds of Prey" by
the same author.
Is it the same book, and if so, why the name change? Is it a good
book? Is there a better book?
