I saw Fork-tailed (oh if you must...Black, even though they are only dark
brown) Kites feeding on fish on the Paroo River last year. This was when
catfish were swimming up over a road which formed a weir at Caiwarro. The
kites and herons were waiting on the road as the fish swam past in about 2 -
3 cm of water.
