Hi all,

Black Kite caught and ate three fish in 30 minutes at Tyto Wetlands, Ingham,
today. Kites used to be in their hundreds when shire tip was next door.
Still plenty around. In four years I've never seen one try to catch a fish,
let alone score a hat-trick. Water was deep, cloudy with silt, but
weed-free. There was no sign of any floating dead fish. Any thoughts?

Cheers, Tony Ashton
