I thought perhaps it was silent tribute to our fantastic birds!
Like several others, I had no soundtrack for several minutes and I was
frantically trying to sort out why. Then I realised that the commercial
channels on my set had sound, so I settled back to the watch the parrot
film in silence. It made more sense once the sound came on, I have to
say.

Did anyone else lose the first 4 minutes or so of the sound track from
ABC TV Program Australia: Land of Parrots. Apart from that it was a good
program, hough somewhat truncated. I could easily have been expanded to
a 3 part series.
