I finally got a chance to look at the 2007 BA State of Australian Birds
(Climate Change) report (I am doing some stuff on climate change next week) and
was interested to see a mention of a record of the Dusky Honeyeater in NSW
(first recorded in the 1990s). I assume this was in the mangroves around Tweed
Heads somewhere which I have done a bit of wandering through. Does anyone have
details of this (or any subsequent) record(s) of this species in NSW?
Cheers,
Peter
