I am just back from 3 nights at Hyams Beach at Jervis Bay (NSW South

did get to see some interesting birds nonetheless.

EASTERN REEF EGRET - single dark morph bird at Lake Conjola on 25 April.
CATTLE EGRET - several groups ranging from 2-9 birds around Berry, Bolong &
Meroo Meadow on 23 April.

Mangrove Boardwalk by museum on 24 April at Huskisson (Jervis Bay).
GREY-TAILED TATTLER - 3 birds on rocks by jetty at Crookhaven Heads on 24
April. Is this an unusual record?
BAR-TAILED GODWIT - 7 birds at Lake Conjola on 25 April and 2 birds at
Crookhaven Heads on 24 April.
RED-CAPPED PLOVER - some 34 plover-size birds present at Lake Conjola on 25
April most likely this species Possibly some Double-banded Plovers among
them, couldn't tell due to distance.
PIED OYSTERCATCHER - pair at Lake Conjola on 25 April.
CASPIAN TERN - single immature bird at Lake Conjola on 25 April.
