Silke Nebel has the Biological Conservation paper ("Long-term trends of shorebird populations in eastern Australia and impacts of freshwater extraction") on her website: http://publish.uwo.ca/~snebel2/nebel_etal_08_BiolCons.pdf The availablity of this type of data is a tribute to Richard Kingsford's vision in undertaking long-term waterbird monitoring on a huge (almost continental) scale.
