Hi folks

We had a quick trip to Tassie over the Easter, to buy
a car and do some general sight seeing. It was not a
birding trip but I was very happy to get my FIRST
views of:

Green Rosellas
Tasmanian Native Hens
Yellow Wattlebirds
white Bennetts Wallabies
Rose Robins
Kelp Gulls
Albatross and Shearwaters(not close views on these so
unable to id).

Not new for me but good views of:
Little Penguins
Black Faced Cormorants
Scarlet and Flame Robins

Many thanks to those who offered some tips on how
to counteract seasickness. I ended up using Ginger
which helped one time but not the other. I certainly
don't have my sea legs yet! Back to the drawing board
I think.

If anyone would like to have a look at my general
Tassie photos just drop me a line. It is such a
beautiful place and deserves more than just 4 days!

regards

Cheryl
