Hello everyone Last Thursday (18.10.07) afternoon I spotted a single male Painted Snipe foraging through the mud in Lake Forbes (Forbes NSW). I tried to find it again the following day without any luck. Regrettably I have not been able to go back and look since, so I cant provide you with any more up to date info. For those interested it was seen just to the north of the Camp Street bridge. My apologies for the late posting .
