Whoever slaughters the Geese, keep me in mind. A full size plucked & dressed goose can cost around $100, and thats simply for the barn raised Greylags. Im sure the gamey flavours of a free-ranging Canada Goose would be far more delctable. However don't notify me if the Geese have been topped by poison, I'd rather live to enjoy my meal!
