Gooday birders

Thanks to helpful advice and directions from Graham Buchan, observed a
Pectoral Sandpiper this morning, a lifer, at Mason Park, Homebush,
Sydney, at about 0900. Together with a dozen Sharp-tailed Sandpipers, 2
Pacific Golden Plovers, 2 Curlew Sandpipers and heaps of Stilts. Watched
it for a good while perfectly through the scope, sometimes with a
Sharpie in the same field of view for comparison.
