Hello Graham

The development is at Moonee Beach approximately 10km north of Coffs Harbour.
The development proposed is a 300 lot residential subdivision and a deferred
tourist resort. Further information is available at the following webpage -
www.mooneewaters.com.au. This is the developer's own webpage. I also included a
fair bit of information in the statement of environmental significance of the
South Moonee Forest.

regards
