Thank you to everybody who replied to my silly tourist question about koalas. I have learnt that the route of our trip avoids all known koalas and that I should never have cancelled the week in Melbourne in preference to one in Darwin. However, the promise of guaranteed good weather for our first week in Australia (not to mention using this as an excuse to get a four day trip around Kakadu) won the day. I also learnt that people in Melbourne believe their Koalas to be superior to those in Queensland but I'll leave you all to sort that one out! cheers to everybody Nick Brooks <<attachment: winmail.dat>> =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
