And don't forget First Aid kit (injuries), lifejacket (falling off the
cliffs), snake and spider anti-venine (potential nasties)and a good book
(for those interminable lulls in wind speed when the birds disappear).

Birding boring? Its full of danger.

If you're going to Magic point you may need bolt cutters (if they've fixed 
the fence) and a flak jacket may also be prudent, just in case you wander 
into the wrong areas.
