Little Curlew dip

Ruth and I tried for the Little Curlew late this afternoon and early this
evening. We spent more than an hour between Richard’s black plastic on the
fence on Bulban Road and the intersection with Newtons Road. We also drove
(slowly) to the end of Bulban Road and also a couple of km along both arms
of Newtons Road. We failed to find any Banded Lapwings and certainly didn’t
see the Little Curlew.



It was certainly very windy this afternoon – that may have had an effect.



We’ll try again another day...
