I agree that the shorter TARSUS length as you say can be equivocal but consider the shorter TIBIA of SIPO diagnostic. Regarding Australian records of SIPO there is a total of six. I think all but the most recent near Newcastle in 2004 were photographed. Apart from earlier occurrences on Lord Howe and Norfolk Is, I know of no claims not assessed by BARC so all should be on the BARC web page.
