Hi All, After seeing several reports on Birdpedia of a female Painted Snipe at a pond on Hart Rd, Aldinga I decided this evening to check out the bird. On arrival at 1830 had good views of the bird at around 50 m in full sunlight while it was feeding at the edge of the water. Its been seen since early in the week so it looks like it could be sticking around.
