In The Weekend Australian Magazine pp20 there is a photo of Aloysius Lantjin
(from the indigenous community of Wadeye) holding a raptor described as a
'black kite'. I would argue this is not a Black Kite but perhaps an immature
Whistling Kite? Has anybody else had a look?
