"White" Oystercatcher

I just remembered that when I was in Collingwood near Farewell Spit in NZ in February I photographed a partially white ie leucistic (thanks Nickolas) Oystercatcher. It was in a mixed flock of SIPOs and Variables but which spp it was (hopefully still is) I don't know. I have posted the photos with the White Babblers on http://photobucket.com/ Gondwana_photo Nickolas, am I correct in assuming that the Stellar's Jay in your presentation was suffering from vitiligo not leucism and that the Babblers and presumably the Oystercatcher being leucistic will not change progressively?
Regards,
Barry Davies
