Ergh, yes you're probably right. I'm actually going to withdraw that observation. The ID was done at about 110km/h and I was confident at the time but on consulting my notes realise how many other possibilities there were. So, scratch that. It was a duck with a bold chestnut/bronze chest and pale head.
