Little Terns at Penrhyn Estuary?

Could anybody tell me whether any of the Little Tern chicks that hatched last 
season at Penrhyn Estuary, Port Botany, fledged? If they didn't, what were the 
reasons and are NPWS or other interested parties a little better prepared for 
this year if the Terns decide to give it another go?
