About 25 or 30 Topknots were hanging around cabbage palms here at Killcare on the NSW Central Coast last weekend. As with Rikki's observation, the seeds they dislodged from the palms made a quite audible racket as they fell to ground. I haven't seen the birds here since Sunday.
