Birders, I'm off to Victoria for a rock climbing pilgrimage to Mt Arapiles, which is up near Little Desert, at the end of the month. This is an area I've virtually never birded so I'll definitely be having a poke around on my rest days. Most of the birds I haven't seen from down there are big waterbirds (ducks and goose) and parrots. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to find either of those? Particularly wetlands and other watery spots, mostly just because I like them. -- Evan Beaver Lapstone, Blue Mountains, NSW lat=-33.77, lon=150.64 =============================== www.birding-aus.org birding-aus.blogspot.com To unsubscribe from this mailing list, send the message: unsubscribe (in the body of the message, with no Subject line) to: =============================== |
