I also work in this area and have seen both Hobby and Peregrine over
the years,heard a Butcherbird in the area this morning.

All this talk of the name of Hobby leads to comment that we saw
one sitting on a TV aerial in Brunswick about 10 days ago. I
think it is possibly rare to see one so close to the CBD.
