Mark, When I was looking for a new set of bin's I found this site very handy to cut through the mumbo jumbo (and snobbery) and decide what would be most suitable for me. http://www.betterviewdesired.com/ I also found it useful to compare different binoculars as often it is impossible to do that side by side in the shop (either they are out of stock or they only stick to one high-end brand).
