Subject: Victoria - where men are men, and ducks are nervous
The article suggested that the "advisory committee" is pro-hunting - sort of
like a peak body for shooters, integrated into the DSE. It's also listed on
this site in a manner to suggest it's pro-hunting:
http://www.dse.vic.gov.au/dse/nrenrt.nsf/childdocs/-29F8B43D223B4D9E4A2568C7002392A3-C18AE1CA3FB90F3DCA2570A6001C78D1?open
"Hunting organisations provide important input to the management of game
hunting in Victoria and are widely consulted during policy development.
They also provide a number of services to members, including educational
activities, skills improvement, shooting facilities and social events."
