The article suggested that the "advisory committee" is pro-hunting - sort of
like a peak body for shooters, integrated into the DSE. It's also listed on
this site in a manner to suggest it's pro-hunting:

Um, are you sure that the "Victorian Hunting Advisory Committee" is a
pro-hunting advocacy group?
