Dear Birders, In view of the news that the area around Alice Springs is in good condition at the moment I have decided to spend next week there birding. I have collected a great deal of information from all the kind people who have reported on their trips to the Alice on Birding-Aus. One species that is mentioned occasioanally but for which there is little detailed information is Spotted Nightjar. Does anyone have any suggestions for good places to look for this bird around Alice Springs? Regards and thanks in advance.
