Hello people Time for me to get out and take some more photos! In view of the drought and 'quiet times' I am keen to hear from people about areas they have found fairly rewarding near Melbourne or say within 2-3 hours of Melbourne in recent times. Daytrips or even overnighters. I know very little about bird migration/species movement patterns. Is there any way I can find out about things like this so we are less likely to drive 3 hours to find most birds have moved on? I have a soft spot for bush/woodland birds if that is of any help. Open to all sorts although I will probably cry if I only come across Magpies and Noisy Miners. Thanks in advance.
