This is a little off topic, but not completely. Some land is being developed behind my house, and I have come into the possession of a landscaping plan. I'm interested to know what tree species they'll be planting, as they will potentially double the number of large trees in the area, and hence the birds. But the plan only has abbreviations for the species, and presumably these are some standard. I'm hoping someone here will know what they mean. The labels include: Av. Mn. Hi. Wf. Ca. Ai. El. Ay. Pl. Dr. Any takers?
