Hi All,  I believe we should seriously think about a new format for the 
Twitchathon which under its present format encourages participants to burn up 
large amounts of fuel in an attempt to count the most species. This will be 
looked on as very irresponsible by others, after all the primary reason for 
having the Twitchathon is to raise funds for bird conservation.
