Hi Ken,Thank you for your input. Many species of tropical rainforest species are just hanging on ( eg.Lesser Fish Eagle, hornbills, etc) in the face of unrelenting clearing of forests for agriculture and human settlement. It is sad that our environmental NGOs are not very successful in persuading government to slow down on logging and oil-palm plantations. But we are not giving up hope. ATiah |
