S&D bird calls CD - availability?

Greetings. A friend is keen to purchase a copy of the Natural Learning
CD 'Simpson and Day's Birds of Australia 5.0' or latest if there was
one after v5.0. It seems that it is no longer available in most
outlets.

Does anyone know where she can get a copy?
